"They are very short staffed but those working do a great job. My biggest complaint is that we specifically chose this place because we needed to return our rental car, have a place to eat dinner and relax, and have a ride early in the morning to the airport. The property specifically said there is a restaurant and lounge. There IS NO RESTAURANT and what they call a lounge is ridiculous. Beer and wine are available through the front desk. "I was booked twice for same room and the manager refused to cancel or refund the second charge. The hotel NEVER notified me of the mistake until an hour I was checked in. No attempt by manager to fix this. Do not trust this hotel!!!!!"

"My only complaints are this is in a not so nice part of town and I wasn’t told until check in…it was an extra $25.00 per a pet … which would of made the price the same as staying somewhere in a nicer part of town. But the hotel was nice , and quiet , and easy to get to, close to food and easy to get back on the highway. "

"Handy hotel near the airport and great value. Staff were excellent , room clean and breakfast including more continental but with a few hot items and waffle maker. They have an airport shuttle as well that we did not use. Would absolutely recommend for the price."

"Upon checking into our room it has a horrible must stale smells it was very strong. Upon checking the room it was not very clean and the bedding had stains on the blankets of both beds. The front desk clerk was amazing and showed me several more rooms but they were all the same. We requested a refund and went across the street to another hotel."
