"Great pool and beautiful building. Loved the daily free champagne and snacks. The only thing not beyond expectations was the shower. A fine bath shower combo, but not as nice as we’d expect from a two Michelin star hotel."

"HVAC tv power front door were all very tricky to figure out. The instructions in English are inadequate. There is lack of front desk and concierge type service. These units are designed for Korean residents. Even though I am Korean American it was not easy to figure out this smart home controls. Also the water heater need to be turned on for a hot shower. Otherwise the unit was spacious and comfortable."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very classy, with great amenities onsite. Our room was immaculate. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location is perfect being right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the subway. Would love to stay here again!"

"I had arrived at noon from Seoul and early check in is really not a thing with this hotel. However, the great thing is that they provide complimentary baggage lockers to hold your things whilst you explore the area. The room itself was very spacious and modern. Comes with the usual amenities as you would expect. I had hoped that had a bedside usb charger but it didn’t which was a tad inconvenient but did have a charger outlet. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to check out the pool and gym but with the beach only 2 minutes away, why not go there instead. Staff were ok. Not super friendly but not rude. It seems like it’s a self service kinda model with check in counter, snacks pantry and entertainment items (AirPods, gaming consoles etc) are self service. Another convenient thing is there is a 7 Eleven at the ground level of he building and McDonalds literally the building next door."
