"Our room had a covered patio which was very nice for enjoying time outside while looking a the beautiful view of the dunes. The room was clean and comfortable. The “grab and go” breakfast had a variety of nice options, including make your own waffles."

Bathtub didn’t drain very well. The hotel employee who checked me in changed me to another room because I saw a big spider that crawled under my bed. I was actually glad to get a different room because they had just checked in a couple with three kids that kept slamming their door every couple of minutes....

"It's a slice of heaven. Immediately adjacent to Philmont Scout Ranch. Setting is perfect, isolated, peaceful. The innkeeper are exceptional. The Casa is like a villa with rooms arra get around a gracious patio. I hated to leave."

"No elevator so anyone who has difficulty with stairs needs to request a main floor room. Building is adjacent to a delightful stream. Patio tables and chairs are available at ground level next to the stream and on the rear main floor patio. Front desk rep was very friendly and helpful. The room was rather dated and needs much better lighting. Bathroom fan and heating units were noisy. Good quality and size of towels. Keurig coffee maker is appreciated. Bed was comfy with good pillow selection...

"The Inn is a nice older property in a great location in Taos, but it is in need of TLC. Our room itself was fine, but top came off one small table and the shower was designed in such a way that we soaked the mat each time. More importantly, our reception at the hotel was lukewarm; my call to the front desk to request help with the TV went unanswered; and, on my subsequent trip to the front desk, I was told that they didn't know how to work the new TV system. As for amenities, rooms in a hot...
