Das Hotel hat einen deutlichen Renovierungsrückstau. Ausgerissene Sonnensegel, abgeplatzte Fliesen im Poolbereich. Die Küche war nur mäßig. Die Straße ist sehr laut, wenn man im Sommer das Fenster geöffnet lassen möchte. Wir hatten aber auch ein Zimmer seitlich zur Straße hin. Zum Tal ausgerichtet ...

Nice property with excellent location to old town Linz. Very walkable and many transport options. Helpful staff, great breakfast spread, comfortable rooms, and a bunch of dining / drinking choices nearby. I stayed for 5 nights and would gladly book here again.
