"Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. "We had to pay extra to use spa facilities like the sauna and jacuzzi. In addition after I payed extra to use the spa, one of the sauna rooms was out of order and the hot tub was not hot. It was luke warm at best. "
