Friendly staff, although after booking an extra night as a late check out was unavailable, communication wasn't great as I was asked to check out on the original day, even though I'd told reception on two occasions I'd extend my stay. "Nice hotel at a nice price. Outdoor pool & Jacuzzi. Room is simple, but comfortable. Bath tub and powerful shower head. Perfect location for me. 8 euro cab tide or bus to Palma Historic area. Beaches, car & scooter rentals 2 minute walk. Restaurants and bars 2 minute walk. There are 2 massage spas, 1 barber & 1 hair salon. Everything one needs is a 2 minute walk."
