"We were sent to a different hotel, that was supposedly a four star hotel, since there was a problem with our room. The room had a bathtub that you could break your neck getting into ( no shower).. The room did not have any coffee or tea supplies and was very strange - painted black, including the bathroom. The room also had a ladder ( very peculiar). It also lacked ammenities , like Kleenex. Very disappointing experience. We also had to pay 6 more euros for the city tax for a 1 night...

We were charged an additional €80 to have a room where our 10-year-old son could sleep, which felt excessive and unfair given the condition of the room.
