"The view is amazing. The rooms are clean. But, the catering was terrible. Clear lack of management: arriving around 14h00 we asked if the kitchen was still open. The receptionist said yes, but it was soon to close. The food was clearly microwaved and not tasty. Better to refuse to serve in that case. Expensive and disappointing! Same happened with the breakfast. While on Saturday, breakfast is served until 10am, same as weekly time… the buffet was empty when we arrived at 09h15. Scrambled eggs...

"Struttura molto bella con vista mozzafiato, bella la piscina e buon ristorante. Per la poca differenza ho chiesto upgrade da executive a suite, essere al piano superiore con terrazzino e vista vale sicuramente la differenza. Unica critica costruttiva in una suite ci si aspetta solo un pochino di attenzione in più per i dettagli,"

"Bonito Hotel ,pero gestión de los imprevistos podría ser mucho mejor a este precio,a nosotros no nos abría la puerta por que la cerradura eléctrica se atascaba pues nos tuvieron esperando delante de la habitación unos 20 minutos con altas temperaturas hasta que alguien resolvió el problema provisional por que seguíamos toda la estacia con ese problema"

"Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."

"Le Arcate is a very welcoming entity just off the beaten tracks. It provides space, attention when needed, a very nice outside yard including a large swimming pool. The service is excellent, the food delicious. The location ensures a quiet, peaceful experience."

"Rooms were tastefully decorated, well-appointed and quite spacious. Very close to a public beach which isn't overly crowed (June), also very convenient for walking into the main city restaurant area. Didn't try the hotel dining options, though they looked superb - just didn't have the time available. Overall, a very comfortable and attractive place to stay while enjoying Trapani's highlights. Thank you"

"Gleich vorab, Vito ist ein total herzlicher Gastgeber! Er war immer für uns erreichbar und das liebevolle Frühstück mit unter anderem dem sehr leckeren Kuchen seiner Frau war ein guter Start in den Tag! Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit und über die 5 Nächte dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas hellhörig und kleiner, aber völlig ausreichend, modern und sehr sauber. Die Lage im kleinen Macari war für uns top, weil es ruhig, zum schönen Sandstrand fussläufig oder 2 Minuten mit dem Auto war...

"The facility was lovely and it's proximity to the Salt Museum ideal. However, I have never been in a hotel room where we could not regulate the temperature before. Apparently, there is a master control and we froze all night. Opening the window to warm up was not an option because of insects, so there was no way to regulate the temperature. Also, the 10 am check out is a bit premature given the isolation -- 11 would be better. The breakfast was excellent. "

"Easy parking round the back of the Hotel Breakfast was basic but good. Offered omelettes/ scrambled eggs some mornings! Good coffee with breakfast but can be left waiting for it. Hotel requires the room key to be handed to reception when leaving the premises then collected when you return. ( weird , but caused me no issues ) Free x4 bikes to use, could do with some maintenance but managed to make do. Fridge in room - small but useful. A/C in room very cool Shower / bathroom lovely"

"Nice staff and unique hotel however, got food poisoning at their restaurant and was on the brink of needing to go to the hospital. The beds are rock hard too, makes for a very uncomfortable sleep. "

"The hotel has best views in the Castellammare Del Golfo. It was was bit noisy for 3 nights as they had events. Rooms are clean but for some reason lots of ants on the floor!!! You need a car to get to places as it’s out of the city. Staff are pleasant!"
