"Hotel was pretty good - very clean. Staff were friendly. There was no access to a pool as described in the advert. Breakfast was simple. Hotel is on a very busy road in an industrial area.1hr walk to the town and train station. Buses are infrequent and taxis are very expensive. However, the hotel was good."

"Location is excellent right next to the galleria and the terrace/balconies are beautiful providing an excellent view of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The beds were very firm but not unbearable and the room itself was clean. My main gripe is that the shower wall inside the bathroom was filled with mold and clearly painted over. I can understand that Naples is an old city and that mold can be found everywhere, however, I am very familiar with the smell and visual signs of a bad mold infestation...

"This was certainly a unique stay in the Umberto shopping gallery. Check-in was very confusing and could have been better instructed ahead of time. However the staff were very helpful and nice and the room was excellent value, I enjoyed my stay."
