"I love staying at this hotel. Hacienda Santa Barbara, an upscale mall is joined to the hotel. You have clothing stores, supermarket, drug store and a wonderful organic market/restaurant. When you exit the mall, there is a pedestrian area with a wonderful outdoor market whit art crafts and beautiful stores and restaurants. The pedestrian street leads to the Usaquén Square with fantastic restaurants around it.The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The service at the hotel is superb. Pedro and...

"This hotel is nothing but a joke. Booked a 5 nights through Expedia and when I arrived they had sold my room to other guests since they already had been paid by Expedia. I had to wait in the lobby for 6 hours then booked another hotel at 3 am and had to pay it again. The hotel is old and unpleasant and the front desk is a complete disaster, I am surprised they are still open for business. They should be ashamed. If you want to have a miserable/horrible time than this dumpster is for you."
