"I love staying at this hotel. Hacienda Santa Barbara, an upscale mall is joined to the hotel. You have clothing stores, supermarket, drug store and a wonderful organic market/restaurant. When you exit the mall, there is a pedestrian area with a wonderful outdoor market whit art crafts and beautiful stores and restaurants. "Really like the hotel I would stay there again "

"This hotel is nothing but a joke. Booked a 5 nights through Expedia and when I arrived they had sold my room to other guests since they already had been paid by Expedia. I had to wait in the lobby for 6 hours then booked another hotel at 3 am and had to pay it again. The hotel is old and unpleasant and the front desk is a complete disaster, I am surprised they are still open for business. They should be ashamed. If you want to have a miserable/horrible time than this dumpster is for you."

"Staff was very great and helpful! Location is a bit far from the main areas but taxi services was never an issue. Please note that the rooms DO NOT HAVE AC. Thankfully we had a room with a balcony and we could open the doors. We even bought a mini fan to help with the warmth. The hotel is next to a highway so it gets noisy. Hot water and wifi went out a few times. Breakfast was very basic but still delicious. Bed sheets and pillows were very comfy. The highlight was definitely the staff who...
