"I stayed for 3 nights 4 day, hotel staff were always very kind and helpful, from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff all were amazing. Clean rooms and housekeeping attended to the rooms daily. Loved the view and the easy access to the lake. Walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Pool and garden area nice and clean. I did not try the restaurant because prices were higher compared to other local restaurants but it did look good."

"Nice colonial style “Hacienda” in front of lake Atitlán. Gardens were awesome, food was great and rooms were confortable."

"place and people very nice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ finding the place is hard is in a very small and long way alley that only motorcycle can go inside NO sign on the main Street to know that is inside the alley and you need to pay Q50 quetzales for car parking a night. Recomend to call first before you take any parking they will send someone to help you to find the spot .CALL FIRST."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lush! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very eco-friendly, which made the experience even more special. I was initially a little worried because the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but it actually gets quite cool at night, so we didn’t really need it. They also provide fans if you get warm, which was a nice touch. The hotel is also very well located, everything was like 2 min walk in San Marcos, Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely come back!"
