"Starting with Heather at the front desk, she is 5 stars! She is friendly, welcoming, professional and atentive!! Thanks Heather for your kindness! Next 5 star is housekeeping, they are meticulous and I greatly appreciate their work. The only 2 not 5 star comments I have are, the balconies are shared when it would be great if there was a divider of some kind. And the grounds around the hotel are in very bad shape. No landscaping and the old restaurant that is deteriorated is an awful...
