"Great location, reasonable price. Both Muni and Big Bus stop right outside the front door, making getting around the city very easy. Comfortable walking distance to Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, the world's crookedest street, and the Bay. Good, reasonably priced food is available nearby. John at the front desk was wonderfully helpful, letting us check in early and giving us a quiet room and a discount on Big Bus tickets. Can't quite give it a full 5 stars because the heater needed...
