"I recently stayed at Hotel Summer in Cartagena and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The most frustrating issue was that the air conditioner in our room was not working properly, which made for a very uncomfortable stay in the local heat. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom was poor; the shower had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival.While the hotel has a good location near the beach, these basic maintenance and hygiene standards need to be addressed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously for future guests."
