"From the check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! Wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond for our little dancers (we stayed for a dance convention in the area). Clean, beautiful property. The pool area was fun for the kids and adults both! Extremely clean rooms and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were amazing as well. Great location. We’ll definitely return!"

"Staff are always great. Bed is comfortable. Our toilet made an annoying noise the whole time (sounded like a plumbing issue) and there were two different color lights (blue and warm) in the kitchen, which was weird. Lights also randomly flickered. "

"From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was noticeably unpleasant and unwelcoming. When we entered our room, we immediately found multiple bugs throughout the space. This alone was unacceptable. On top of that, we could clearly hear our neighbors, despite the hotel advertising the rooms as soundproof. Due to these issues, we made the decision to check out within an hour of checking in and booked another hotel. The condition of the room, particularly the presence of bugs, was simply not something we were willing to tolerate. What made the situation even worse was the response from management. When I spoke with the general manager showed no accountability, offered no apology, and handled the situation in a highly unprofessional manner. His response, “as long as they weren’t bed bugs," was dismissive and completely unacceptable. We requested a refund for at least the night we did not stay, (our reservation was for two nights) but the hotel refused to provide any form of compensation. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Between the lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service from both the front desk and management, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Laundry costs $5.25 to wash and $5.25 for the dryer. No laundry detergent available, but staff did eventually provide me with detergent at no charge. Staff is trying. No real breakfast, just weak coffee and hot chocolate available. No kitchenware at all. Not a spoon. No coffee machine. Shampoo available at front desk. Place is okay if you just need a clean bed and shower for the night. It's inexpensive."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location near the freeway and Levi's Stadium. Incredible lobby with plenty of seating and a bar. Rooms were excellent. Will definitely be back! "

"My daughter attends SCU, and this has become our favorite place to stay whenever we visit. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and consistently well-maintained. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, which truly makes a difference. We especially love the thoughtful touches—like the dog treats for pets—which make it feel even more special and accommodating. A special thank you to Amanda N., who assisted us with changes to reservation on 3/20-3/22. She was incredibly attentive, followed up promptly, and her communication skills really stood out and helped with the necessary changes. She was clear in what she could do for us. What I also appreciate is the consistency of the team—you don’t see a lot of turnover here. It’s been three years, and it’s nice to still recognize familiar faces. That says a lot about the quality and culture of this hotel. Highly recommend! "
