Great location and wonderful staff in a cool authentic Venetian hotel. Hotel itself was a bit tired. The towels, bedding and furniture was well worn. No air conditioning before April 15th. Overall, a good value and nice place to stay in an expensive tourist city.

All very good, staffers are very nice, only thing need to improve is to provid anti-skip mat for the bathtub/shower for guest safty. The tub is pretty slippery.
