Muy buna atención

Los dueños son realmente muy amables, pacientes y atentos. Muy tranquilos. Su desayuno es simple (como en todos lados) pero te sirven los panes calientes y te ofrecen todo lo que puedes comer y tomar. Nos gustó que no estaba ubicado en la zona touristica sino en un barrio cerca pero mas tranquilo. Todo muy limpio. Ducha caliente. Lo único malo fue el colchon que fue muy suave para mi espalda pero en general asi son los colchones en hostales y depende de las preferencias de cada persona. Si volvemos a Copacabana vamos a volver a quedarnos con Don Samuel y su esposa (se me fue su nombre!).

Hotel cómodo y limpio

El servicio estaba bueno. Aunque si bien se retrasó en algunos aspectos. Como la limpieza a la habitación. En otros estaba en lo quite se necesitaba para una estancia cómoda. Ah! El desayuno un poco pobre y algo común. Talvez eso se pueda corregir.

Não vale o que custa

Não é um bom lugar para se ficar! Não vale o custo benefício. Mais parece uma hospedagem do que um hotel! Fica a uma quadra da Ramada que é uma região perigosa, principalmente à noite! Fica pouco próximo a região central e a praça, dá para se ir a pé! Café da manhã simples.

We stopped over in santa cruz for one night only. The room was quite small and there were no plugs to charge our devices. Had to unolug the lamp. Not ideal for travellers who need to charge up.
