"Stayed at Jenna's and let me tell you... amazing! Incredible experience. The staff was amazing, professional, friendly, respectful and attentive! They were the best part of my stayed... great bartender Alejandra is known in the whole town, Fernando worked the bar and restaurant and he was amazimg too, the food was delicious (THEY MAKE EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH INCLUDING KETCHUP AND SYRUP FROM SCRATCH). Location was stunning, this view is incredible! The rooms are cozy besides the bugs (I am scary lol, plus the place its up at the mountains) they are no complaints, but I feel like maybe a little bathroom upgrade would do the place good. I recommend!"

"The place looks magnificent. Great gardens, and excellent view. However extremely poor value for money. We paid more than USD 320 per night and we got nothing for that amount: No coffee in the room, no minibar, no body lotion, no iron, no bath robes, no gim, no shuttle services to the main city street. The hotel restaurant has poor menu and very expensive. To summarize - very poor value for the money we had paid."

"A short lancha ride from Pana to Tzununa and you feel “off the beaten path”. Just about 1/4 mi Tuk-Tuk ride up the dirt road and you see a white, modern structure that occupies both sides of the street. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The views of the lake and volcanos are commanding. They spared no expense. Quality throughout. The patio made for a great meditation space (the unit had 2 yoga mats). The Starlink internet speed was blazing and without dead zones (perfect for digital nomads). The restaurant is stunning with a fantastic menu and Chef is world-class. Marcela (the owner) and Sebastian are super nice and helpful, assuring you have everything you need. You can also ask about the fungi academy that is walking distance to see the most interesting species of mushrooms. We will be back. It is the perfect getaway from the stressful world. Came back home maximally relaxed after staying at Aviva! "

"Beautiful property, ideal for R & R. Restaurant staff and chef were excellent and very accommodating to our dietary needs (mainly vegetarian). Rooms are very spacious with a nice balcony. Only downside was that there was no air-condition in our room."
