NOT WORTH THE MONEY HORRIBLE RIPP OFF

not worth the money very average accomodations, roach infested rooms. useless bathroom jacuzzi was installed up against the toilette making the toilette useless. hundreds of pesos in hidden charges was charged for 5 glasses of ice. who does that????????way overpriced for the conditions at the hotel.. rotting fruit everywhere even in the pool...worst masseuse I have ever had..DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..GET BETTER MEALS AT A TRUCK STOP,,,VERY BAD FOOD

Un lugar excepcional en todos los sentidos. Las instalaciones son impecables, la atención del personal es cálida y profesional, y la comida, simplemente deliciosa. La habitación estaba equipada con aire acondicionado y un baño con jacuzzi que hizo nuestra experiencia aún más placentera. La recepcionista fue muy antipática y nos daño el día, tanto que mi amigo se fue a casa de un familiar. Habitaciones mediocres, ya lo pone en otros comentarios. No funciono el agua caliente. Buena piscina y la comida excelente me quitaron el enojo al día siguiente.

La experiencia fue muy negativa. Nos dieron la cabaña 5 y no funcionaba la luz y el aire acondicionado, a la cama se le cayeron las tablas cuando mi esposo se sentó en ella, todos apenados nos ofrecieron la cabaña 8 que queda en el 2do piso a pesar de que estábamos con un adulto mayor de 85 años con dificultad para subir escalas. Para nuestra sorpresa, en esta tampoco funcionaba la luz, ni el aire acondicionado, la puerta de afuera no cerraba y ninguno de los empleados podía solucionar el problema. Como sí fuera poco, yo reservé dos cabañas, las cuales me cobraron, sin embargo nos acomodaron en una sola y no nos devolvieron el dinero. El acceso a la hostería es terrible, hay unas lomas que parecen una pared y el carro se golpeaba por debajo cada vez que las transitábamos. Estábamos tan a disgusto que decidimos regresarnos para Medellín a las 10:00 pm y perdimos toda la plata porque no nos quisieron reembolsar ni un solo peso. No la recomiendo para nada.

The property is well maintained; the room was great; the pool and pool bar were excellent. It is a great place for relaxation, trips into the historical town. However it is the service that stands out. Excellent. Super. Wonderful. Everyone on staff went out of their way to make our stay superb. We stayed an extra day.

Queja de personal administrativo

El personal administrativo con muy mala actitud, groseros en ocasiones y con pereza para trabajar. Contrario al personal de limpieza y meseros, muy responsables con su trabajo, amables, con excelente actitud y ganas de salir adelante. Pudimos presenciar como varias de esas personas nos decían cómo eran sus jefes con ellos, los humillan, no les pagan las horas extras e incluso los insultan en ocasiones.

La verdad llegamos y no nos habían dado la habitación como la pedimos , nos la dieron sin aire nos dejaron más de dos horas en recepción resolviendo el problema de reserva y cuando al fin llegó el administrador y dueño , más aburridas quedamos q tipo tan desagradable nada cordial , grosero despota con Muy mala aptitud ..... para no perder los días de descanso mis amigas y yo decidimos tomar la habitación SIN AIRE Además no perder también la plata .... esa fue otra de las cosas pasamos la tarjeta el día q hicimos la reserva y no te debitan sólo el porcentaje para separar la cabaña q tú elegiste si no q te sacan la totalidad del tiempo q tomaste y lo peor , no contentos por la habitación q nos habían asignado sin aire no nos reembolsaban el dinero pueden creer amarran el marrano antes de !!!!!!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔después de hablar con este tipo el dueño decidimos quedarnos pues no había de otra ..... ademas era el cumple de una de mis grandes amigas .... y después nos encontramos con q la comida es muy rica el trato de los empleados para con nosotros de verdad q muy especial todos los de la piscina el bar la señora de la Cocina súper amables....
