Huoneisto sijaitsee noin kilometrin päässä Funchalin keskustasta korkealla kattojen yllä. Aamuisin oli ihanaa seurata kaupungin heräämistä, sillä näkymä oli huikea kaupungin yli, merelle saakka. "Could not open window and back door as cacourockes would come in, as well very noisy, towels were only changed once for a 14 day stay, there was a smell in the kitchen that came from the sewer. Sheets were not cotton so they were hot to sleep in. Out of 10 I would give 2. "
