The room was not available/ready till 5.45pm and they did not even apologize for the delay. Kept saying check-in is after 4pm. Came across as extremely rude. The room was clean but the cleaners used was very concentrated and smelled very strong so if you have a strong sense of smell you cannot tolerate ...
