"La struttura seppur basica è estremamente confortevole ed è munita di tutto. Il personale davvero molto molto gentile, disponibili e carinissimi. Le camere non grandissime ma spaziose. C'e anche un ristorante dove si cena e si pranza ed il cibo è davvero ottimo. Punto di partenza perfetto per accedere a diversi sentieri ove è possibile fare delle passeggiate davvero belle e con diversi livelli di difficoltà. Assolutamente consigliato. "
"This was a beautiful and conveniently located hotel in Castelsardo. The breakfast was the best we had in Sardinia. Our room was recently renovated with updated charging ports which we appreciated. Highly recommend!"
"The resort is new, located in a remote spot but accessing 2 beautiful beaches.
The disappointing aspect was the customer service:
-The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english.
-On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate." I said that they should look at it if Expedia has wrong information as it's misleading and they said that I...
"We had amazing two nights in this cozy hotel in the middle of the countryside of Sardinia where we were greeted by the kindness and courtesy of the staff that were always willing to help. The facilities are very satisfactory, great price"
"We stayed in one of their comfort rooms which seemed to recently been renovated. It gave a very fresh and clean appearance in comparison to other hotels in Sardinia that we stayed at. Helpful staff. Breakfast with a view of the mountains. However breakfast in Sardinia (which applies to this hotel aswell) is not like the intercontinental breakfast you would get in other countries. "Despite a less then perfect weather the staff were able to make my stay a wonderful one
Especially the reception team… always freindly and with a welcoming smile
The restaurant and the breakfast were ok with good variety of food and drinks but not top notch quality ( eggs were cold , line up at the coffee machine , no variance throughout the whole week )
Otherwise the rooms and the sea view were amazing and the place is new and very clean
