"Beautiful and very modern hotel "

"The property is nice however, please keep in mind there is so many flights of stairs to just get up. And if you have plenty of luggage it will take you time. This seem to be 5 floors and there 2 sets of flights to get to each floor. The hotel doesn’t have elevator. The other thing is that there is a lot of homeless individual walking the streets later in the night. So be mindful of that especially being a girls trip, we had encounter a few instances running away and try to avoid it. Other than the noise at night I would say overall it is very central and easy to walk to all the major attraction. I do recommend this for couples for the most part. Just get ready for some major lifting. Unless you’re backpacking this is great for you too. "

"My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience at Evolution Hotel in Lisbon, and I would not recommend it to anyone.To begin with, the bathroom design is poorly executed and borderline unsafe. The shower is cramped, with almost no space to move, and the floor is uneven and excessively slippery, creating a genuine hazard. The wall-mounted holder was broken, causing toiletries to fall repeatedly, which was both frustrating and unacceptable. The glass doors for both the shower and toilet constantly shifted, adding to the discomfort. The entire bathroom layout feels impractical—separating key areas instead of creating a cohesive, functional space. While the “futuristic” design may appeal to some, it is far from comfortable and completely unsuitable for anyone with claustrophobia. Even basic features like adequate knee space in the toilet area were neglected. The elevator system was equally frustrating. The requirement to scan a card is poorly indicated, and the system itself is inefficient and confusing. A simple trip to the lobby turned into a pointless journey across multiple floors. The room door was another issue—it did not close properly without being forced. A hotel room door should function smoothly, not require effort from multiple people to shut. Additionally, the lack of proper sound insulation made it impossible to rest. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was constant, making it unsuitable for light sleepers. Basic amenities, Lackin,no ice buckets."

"Superb hotel. Awesome location. Huge shoutout to Soraia. She was fantastic - her suggestion, directions, advice were very helpful. I traveled alone with my son and this hotel made it a great trip. Breakfast was lovely (my son thought the scrambled eggs were the best). Location is convenient to take the trams, and to the Rossio train station to go to Sintra. Short walk to Plaza de Commercial. We did a walking tour - meeting points are close by either in Rossio Square, or Plaza de Restauradoresor Plaza de Commefcial, All in all highly recommend this hotel. "
