"Our room was falsely advertised with A/C which didn’t work, complained to reception on the first night and were told we could move the next day, to then be met by a rude receptionist the next day which said this wasn’t possible. The room was so unbearably hot we moved hotel for the rest of our stay. ..."

"Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen in einem Zimmer und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Trotz 42 Grad Außentemperatur mit Klimaanlage einfach angenehm. Blick vom Balkon aus dem 7 Stock zu jeder Tageszeit unbezahlbar. Bei dem Essensangebot bleiben keine Wünsche offen, wir hatten Halbpension (Frühstück/Abendessen), ..."
