"We paid a budget price so were not expecting luxury, however there were lots of very basic issues with the house.
The place was very musty on arrival and it seemed as if it hadn’t been opened up for a long time. The smell also pervaded the kitchen cupboards so I had to wash every item of crockery and cutlery before we could use it. Not that there was a lot of crockery - only side plates and tapas dishes. Only half of the toaster worked, there were many light fittings without bulbs, we had 4...

"The Apart Hotel Miami Park has an ideal location: excellent motorway access (eg fro drives to Le Roque discount mall, Girona, Etc). 10 mins walk to the train station (around 1 hr to downtown), 12 mins to the Calella beach (great swimming on safe beaches), very good local bakeries, vegetable and fruit shops, butchers, delicatessans, supermarkets (all walking distance) etc.

"The apartment was extremely clean and spacious. We were a group of 7 and we had ample space for everyone. It is about a five minute walk to convenient stores and less than ten-minute walk to the train station. Best part is its close proximity to the beach and the Calella Water Sports."
