"The NH Murano is an amazing hotel set in a stunning location. The hotel staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, restaurants and transport.
We booked breakfast in the hotel on the first day, but IMO €20 EACH for the breakfast buffet is a bit steep. You can get a coffee and pastries for 3 people at a local cafe for less than €20, and you are helping the local economy by doing so.

The reception was super sweet and even filled us 2 large bottles of water we could take to our room. The room was cozy and spacious! We had a view of the canal too! A bit rustic, wonderfully authentic.
The location is sublime. Feet away from the Vaporetto that brings you from and to Marco Polo airport, affords you the view of the lagoon, Isola di San Michele (Venetian cemetery, worth a visit) with Murano, Venetian Glass, in the near distance.

"This hotel is an old palace and has been renovated into a hotel . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only problem for us was that the bed was too hard . This could be improved with a mattress topper . We had room 19 on the 1st floor with a canal view.
The check-in process was really easy and we dropped our bags off early. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which we enjoyed in the lovely garden.

They had refreshments and pastries throughout the day. Free water. The Expedia stay got us a free bottle of wine. Overall in our week in Italy this was the best hotel we stayed at. "
