"We had a fantastic time from start to finish. Concierge were the best and helped us plan months before and were so friendly and helpful for organizing and giving ideas. We had the spa in the room which was wonderful. Very clean and we found it easy to get around using google maps ! Had a private Gondola from the hotel and water taxi from airport to Hotel and these all made for an absolute fantastic break. Would definitely come back to this Hotel if ever in Venice and highly recommend"

"Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Plenty of space for luggage and plenty of countertop space in the large bathrooms. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we used during our trip all over Italy. The hotel is located in the heart of the city but it’s not too busy. 15 min walk from the train station and a 10 min walk to Per San Marco.
We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Venice!

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. We arrived early morning. Though we could not check-in until 3pm, the staff safely stored our bags and offered a light bite while we waited (didn't charge). They were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a late flight and again on check-out, they stored bags and charged phones.
