"The breakfast menu was very good. A lot of choices to eat. The housekeeping in room can leave a lot to be desired with regard to a couple room attendance. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The bar is lovely with many choices. One of the housekeepers our room was rude and didn’t even do a mediocre job."

From the time of booking through our arrival, communication was clear, prompt, and helpful. Our room was clean and well-prepared, with plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. "We had a wonderful stay at Ruby Giulia in Rome. The location is excellent.Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy, especially when traveling with my daughter.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide additional information and recommendations, which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and everything felt clean and is new.Breakfast was good for a 3-star hotel, with a nice variety. A special highlight was the coffee.It’s ordered fresh rather than coming from a machine, and it was genuinely excellent.The rooftop terrace is a beautiful spot, especially on sunny days, with a lovely view over the city.Perfect for a relaxed moment after a day of sightseeing.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. If they maintain this level of quality, Ruby Giulia would definitely be our choice again for a future visit to Rome."

"Wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked the Panoramic Suite with Balcony and City View - and it lived up to all of our expectations. Location is perfect near the Spanish Steps, although plan for walking up and down steps. We enjoyed the breakfast location and selection at the hotel. Check in/out process was easy, with the ability to store bags. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location, mostly very quiet. Short walks to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Coliseum. Nothing special in terms of linens, towels, bed was really stiff… Staff very helpful. If you stay in the “attic” the room and bath are spacious but there are two additional flights of stairs as the lift doesn’t go all the way to the top floor and there is a flight of stairs within the “apt”. We didn’t need the heat pump in early April, but you will have to make sure the skylight is closed by staff if you want to heat or cool the room."
