Bad service on my checkin, very bad organization. No towels on the bathroom, no hot water on the shower, i called reception 4 times for get tv and A/C control remote. The breakfast was included but take the people to another place because no restaurant,i n the hotel i was waiting almost 45 minutes for have breakfast.

No coincide lo que ofrecen, con lo que en realidad es. La oublicidad es engañosa. La comida del desayuno estaba podrida. No había toallas en el hotel. Nunca supimos quién es el gerente. La cocina y comedor estaban sucios. El sevicio fue pesimo en la cena navideña y en el desayuno. No cuentan ni ckn bebidas, ni cln hielos.

Mal. Pará empezar la cama no estaba limpia, había pepel sanitario entre las sabanas, me dieron una jerga de taete, me salió un pelo en las enchiladas. Te revisan como si fueras criminal al dejar el cuarto. Te rometen cosas que no es verdad. Las instalaciones son muy incómodas

En realidad por la situación actual, el hotel estaba completamente solo y sin servicios de alimentos. es una pena por que las instalaciones se están deteriorando por el poco uso, y es altamente probable que por el poco mantenimiento.

The murals painted throughout the exterior are beautiful, but the lack of attention to detail really took away from the experience. Towels, linens, and dishes in the breakfast room were all worn out, and things were clean on the surface but not well kept. We had mold behind the sink in our room, and one of our mattresses collapsed into the bed frame, which was very dirty underneath (and we had to fix it, we called the front desk but nobody ever came to help). The pool was fairly clean, but there were weeds growing up through the pavement cracks and the lounge chairs were very worn out. Also the area around the pool had not been swept in quite awhile - debris on our first day was still there a week later. There was one empty hot tub that was totally exposed with no caution sign, probably at least 4 feet deep, a potential hazard for kids and adults alike since it was right next to a walkway. Staff were not especially friendly, and just did the bare minimum. Food was expensive for the quality, and the location of the hotel is not ideal either. Next time we visit Huatulco, we will select a different hotel.

Instalaciones en mal estado, olvido del personal em dar instrucciones de uso de alberca solo hasta las 8pm en playa. No habia toallas en la habitacion, no servia llave de entrada a habitacion, no servia lavabo.etc etc

Pésimo, esta lleno de cucarachas, el gerente jamas se digno a atenderme, querían fumigar mi habitación y que me quedara en la misma jamas subieron a fumigar , no me ayudaron, tuve que pagar otro hotel no hicieron devolución de mi dinero pésimo servicio pésimo hotel jamas regresaría, no deverian promocionarlo en Hoteles.com pues ustedes son los que quedan mal, ademas que los demás hoteles saben que Isla huatulco tiene problemas de cucarachas

Huatulco es excelente, todo queda super cerca. Si hacen reservaciones háganlo directamente en el hotel, si lo hacen por Expedia sale muy maluco nosotros lo hicimos y las reservaciones las hicieron mal y en el hotel tuvimos algunos contratiempos

Cuando llegué a recepción para que me asignaran mi habitación, había mucha gente y sólo había UN joven que no se daba a basto. La puerta de la habitación nunca abrió, personal de mantenimiento acudió a auxiliarme para abrir y no pudieron, les falta mantenimiento. Regrese a recepción para que me cambiaran de habitación, me dieron otra con el número de camas equivocada. Por tercera vez me asignaron un cuarto que finalmente fue el definitivo. Tardé una hora en poder instalarme en mi habitación.

desde la llegada mala atencion, el hotel en remodelacion, no tenia alberca, tenian casi 60 personas en espera y todos quejandose del servicio, tenias que esperar a que dieran las 3 pm que es la hora de entrada aunque el hotel estaba vacio, el gerente pasaba y no daba la cara ante los problemas y si cambiaban de hotel del mismo grupo te cobraban casi 4000 pesos mas, pedias una opcion de cambiarte de ropa por el calor y el viaje y te mandaban al baño en la taza de wc te mandaban a cambiar y pesima limpieza los baños, la comida.... es la mas pesima que probado en mis viajes, no lo recomendaria a nadie ni regresar al hotel, HUATULCO tiene un 10 de servicio y atencion de todos los lugares.
