Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our five-night stay at Villa Rossa. Nino and Julia were excellent hosts--friendly and eager to please. Julia welcomed us on our arrival with a tray of tea with cookies and muffins and showed us around the grounds, including her garden. They arranged for a driver to take us to and from the ferry dock gratis when we arrived and checked out. Nino also arranged for a boat tour to two of the other islands and a very nice guided tour around Salina. We stayed in the "superior" room, which was very spacious. We enjoyed great views of Lipari, Panarea and Stromboli from the room or while relaxing on our covered terrace outside the room. Pros: Excellent location, less than 10-minute walk to shopping and restaurants, excellent breakfast, great place for relaxation, wi-fi available just outside the room and sometimes in the room. Cons: We experienced issues with water availability in the mornings. Apparently they were installing a new pump or something. On one or two days there was no water for a morning shower; on one or two other days, there was only cold water or a limited amount of hot water. Also, the double bed was actually two twin beds or mattresses held together by an overall frame, and the mattresses didn't exactly match up. Even so, we slept well.

Chambre d’hôtes très accueillante.

Davantage chambre d’hôte que véritable hôtel. la propriétaire a beaucoup de goût et les chambres sont grandes et bien meublées. Salle de douche un peu petite mais bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est absolument délicieux. très bon accueil à recommander.

excellence beatyfull prpertieowners picked up us in port in he nite Julie and Nino where the most endearing of host, i forgot my electronics and the owner took them to me ,. service with class and friendship my first choice when i m back for sure you will remember the song Volare ,. Oh Oh .,

Beautiful authentic Italian island experience

We could not have been happier with our stay at AnnaGuilia's beautiful Villa Rossa. Stunning views of Panarea and Stromboli, home cooked meals with the freshest of vegetables, a first rate pool, and incredible Sicilian hospitality. The amazing Isole Salina B&B is a unique and special experience. It is like staying with family!

Charmant, accueillant, bien placé, vue magnigique.

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables à la Villa Rossa, avec cette impression d'être chez soi. Anna Giulia se met en 4 pour ses hôtes et nous a accueilli tres chaleureusement. La vue est magnifique, la piscine est très agréable, les chambres pleines de charme. Nous avions une suite, elle se composait de 2 grandes chambres spacieuses. Anna Giuila nous a trouvé une location de voiture, est venue nous récupérer au bateau, nous a accompagné rendre la voiture, elle a préparé deux soirées dîner à l'hôtel ou nous avons été chouchouté, apéro, 3 plats, vins ... Le tout super bon! Nous avions chaque jour les fruits du jardin, les confitures du jardin faite maison, ... Bref nous avons beaucoup aimé! L'île est très agréable, pas de plage de sable (une de sable noire à rinella)
