Cabanas are wonderful and spacious. Best way to see and experience Tayrona is to stay overnight.

In the jungle

We had a very natural and experiencefull stay. This place is in the middle of the jungle. So be prepared to share the place with its inhabitants. But that's what we are here for ! The accommodations are basic compared to hotel standards of the same price level, but this should be put into the context of the hotel's very particular location.

Nice hike into the park where the resort is located. Sometimes certain items on the menu were not available but that is somewhat understandable given its location. It was a pleasant trip.

Beautiful property, the only bad thing is that they cut the power off at midnight so we were left without any fans!!

There is no electricity during the night. From 10 pm to 6am. I had stayed before in this accommodation with the previous administration and that didn’t happen. When we entered the room we were greeted by a bat and a big spider, no issue for us since it is an ecological hotel… but I mean… that bat was trapped in the second floor, didn’t want to leave. The area outside is beautiful, which compensates for the outdated room with no electricity. The staff was great, especially the girls at the restaurant, who were very nice and helpful.

Teníamos una cabaña para dos adultos y dos niños. Ésta es grande, con dos camas individuales abajo y una de matrimonio arriba. Todas cubiertas con mosquitera. Había agua caliente y jabón en el baño. El desayuno está bien, es un pequeño buffet pero con suficientes cosas. Está a medio camino de Cabo San Juan así que perfecto para ir hasta allí, y de regreso domir aquí. Muy cerca hay dos restaurantes para comer. Lo que no nos ha gustado: las toallas estaban desgastadas, las puertas y ventanas no abrían bien, el baño y en especial la ducha se veían muy viejos y el techo tenía un agujero ( por suerte no nos llovió!) Internet solo hay cerca de la recepción, a las últimas cabañas no llega.

Bungalow simple. Rapport qualité prix décevant

Pas de fenêtre mais des portes à claire voie s'ouvrant sur l'extérieur mais laissant très peu passer la lumière. Pas de moustiquaire sur ces portes, les différents insectes de la junglentoute proche peuvent entrer dans le bungalow. Une moustiquaire sur un seul des 4 lits et aucune possibilité d'en ajouter malgré nos demandes à la réception. La description sur hotels.com mentionnant des moustiquaires aux fenêtres est erronée
