Transport on the complex was not very efficient if you want to go to other buildings, i.e. del Mar and XXI from del Sol where other restaurants and bars are located.

Excelente estrutura

Tudo ótimo, comida boa, limpo, porém não tem serviço de praia, tem muito ambulante, o serviço dos garçons praticamente não existe. Na piscina também é bem escasso. Hotel ótimo para criança e família.

Irotama quiere definirte cual es el hotel. Reserve en el del sol y querian enviarme al Del Mar. Tuve que discutir y exigir lo que reserve par que al final respetaran mi reserva. En el restaurante son intransigentes por 5 minutos despues del desayuno se negaron a cocinar un simple huevo revuelto

La comida mala y poco variada, el hotel es viejo y tiene areas muy viejas y en mal estado como baños de restaurantes y zonas sociales, el servicio de atención en piscinas es pésimo, los meseros no están presentes, toca ir a buscarlos y sucias las mesas de piscinas no recogen los platos y vasos, pero lo peor que he visto de todos los hoteles es el restaurante bufette, no solo es sitio es desagradable sino la comida pesima, es muy viejo y sucio, las mesas están en un area al lado del mar, donde el piso, sillas y manteles viven llenos de excremento de aves que no limpian, las aves vuelan entre las mesas y se roban la comida, no solo es peligroso, sino antihigienico, la atencion del señor del hotel pesima, muy descortes, poco amable, cobran tarifa de 5 estrellas pero yo le doy un 3

Hard to find the hotel. It is actually outside the resort and a dirt road to the site would have been better than the unrepaired road we had to get down.
