"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. "The property was nice. The gym was tiny and needs improvement. The condo was good. It could definitely use an updating on the furniture but overall it was nice place. For the money we paid it should’ve been an excellent place but it wasn’t. We booked last minute so our options were limited. With that being said we’d only stay there again for a great price. It definitely wouldn’t be our first choice."

"Every thing was Pleasant"

"Room was clean but sheets were a bit scratchy and pillows were flat. Bed was somewhat comfy. Pool could have been cleaner. The tile was a little scummy. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Hotel needs some updates. We did see several kids not staying at the hotel sneaking into the pools. We did alert security and they made them Leave. Beach access is great and beach set ups are a little pricey but if you don’t want to haul chairs and umbrella etc it’s worth it. Easy access to crabs and the Dock from the beach. Short walk to other eating places so you don’t have to fight parking which is crazy"
