"Stayed for 3 nights and it was great."

"The view was gorgeous! It was the only thing redeeming about it! The photos showed updated restrooms and ours was outdated. The mattress wasn’t the comfiest. The sheets had mold. I should’ve taken photos of the bathroom. The building was having leaks throughout the exterior of the building and from the ceiling near the elevator. "The staff was excellent with recommendations for restaurants, attractions, etc! Their breakfast was very good and the view is second to none. The rooms were clean. Overall a very nice place, this property is dated some, in comparison to some of the neighboring properties, but the value was spot on."

"We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Our room was not cleaned at any point during our stay. The cleaning staff stopped one door before ours on day two. I called the front desk and they said the cleaning staff was extremely busy and they would add us to the list for the evening and send someone up, yet no one ever showed. On day three they came into the room, picked up the trash I put by the door, collected the dirty towels I put by the door, and dropped off clean towels without cleaning the room,...

"Nice clean unit with view of the bay. The master bed was firm and pillows were too flat. The master didn’t have a lamp and alarm clock but they remedied that by having it delivered. Elevators are lightning fast however noisy and was able to hear them from the unit. Staff was extremely friendly. "
