The hotel staff (the front desk of the hotel across the street serves both hotels) was very professional, courteous, and friendly. It's a great location, too. "The room was exactly as you might imagine for student accommodation in that there was a bathroom, bed, desk and kitchen area. The kitchen had a large fridge with small freezer compartment and there was a microwave and oven top. There were some utensils in the cupboards too.
