Hostel tại Santander

"Booking our two-night stay at Hostal Colors was seamless, and the private room itself was clean. However, a few significant issues impacted our stay. First, the smell of cat urine in the common areas was unbearable. We are pet-friendly travelers, but the odor was far too strong. Second, the staff neglected to inform us about the unpredictable local weather or advise us to keep windows closed when leaving the room. "La atención excelente, lo unico malo es que hice la reserva vía móvil y al momento de llega hotel tenía otro nombre "Colombia plaza hotel",me dijeron que el dinero de la reserva no había entrado a la cuenta de ellos me tocó pagar otra vez la habitación y hasta el momento no he podido solucionar con hoteles.com. La queja es por hoteles.com no por el hotel "

"El hotel contratado fue malo, primero el baño estaba fuera de la habitación el cual era compartido, contraté con parqueadero para el carro y no había me dijeron q lo dejara afuera y les dejara las llaves por si tocaba moverlo, cuando me fui a bañar me negaron el agua caliente porque era en el horario de 7pm a 10pm. No lo recomiendo "
