It was sad to see a once great hotel un such poor condition. There have obviously been lots of delayed renovations..the shower in my room leaked. The table was old and marred. The pool was missing tiles, the showers were clogged, the pool atea was filthy and the pool needed cleaning. The restaurant was slow about an hour and a half to get food when there was no one except the soccer teams they host that obviously kerp the place afloat.
Now, I must say the room was clean but run down, but also spacious. The breakfast was also very good.
So there is good and bad. For the price I rate it average minus.

Forram limpar meu quarto, chegaram as 14:00 horas, voltei para o apartamento às 17:30 e não tinha colocado o forro da cama, encaminhei mensagem para a recepção me informaram que iriam colocar, saí novamente, quando deu 00:30 que chego novamente, a cama estava sem forro ainda, uma tremenda falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente.

O hotel oferece um espaço bom, porém deixa a desejar na limpeza, não fazem limpeza dos quartos diariamente, não trocam toalhas, a não ser que se peça e ainda fazem pela metade, o quarto não tem um meio de comunicação com a recepção, o que dificulta serviços de frigobar, restaurante e até mesmo de itens necessários no quarto como cobertor, toalhas etc
