"The staff were nice.
Directions to the place are misleading and we got lost trying to find it. It is not 11 mins from the airport. Try 30 mins. The road in and out is very rough. It has a washer that doesn’t work (At least not in our unit). They do not have food at the facility. Needs more pot and pans for baking and cooking. Need pot holders. Our second bathroom’s water never heated up (if it was something we didn’t do, they should take the time to educate their guests). Curtain rod in second...

"A truly special place that feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I felt much more like a guest in a beautiful home than in a traditional hotel. It has all the services and comfort of a hotel, but with a warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease.
The exquisite art throughout the property adds so much character and makes every space feel unique and inspiring. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for.
I would also like to mention the airport...
