All reception staff (especially Abhirami) and all staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous. "Stayed one night at the W&H View Residency and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver."

"Overall a fantastic stay. The entry level room (Dukes chamber) was huge and really well appointed. Some minor signs of west and tear but we loved it- very comfortable. The rooftop dining experience included in half board was outstanding. The first night we had a huge selection on the à la carte menu, and on the second night there was a wonderful buffet. Swimming pool was a real bonus. Breakfast was satisfactory, although the poor man making omelettes was consistently overwhelmed and running...
