"The room was clean and had a nice view of the city plus a balcony area. We took our cat on this trip and in the room there was a little bed for the cat and bowls for water and food. So thoughtful and accommodating. It was easy to explore Santiago because everything was nearby from the hotel location - and McDonalds was across the street. Convenient! "

"Beautiful little spot. The room was modern yet cozy. WiFi worked perfectly and the air conditioning was self-controlled. The front desk lady was very kind and helped me understand certain phrases I didn’t know, as well as place an uber for me when my phone was acting up. "
