"This is a lovely hotel very well situated in the walked historic part of cartagena. Very nice rooms with an excellent bed, linens and spacious bathrooms. It has a small pool to relax in after walking the town and two jacuzzi tubs that you can reserved. The staff was very accommodating and remembered us when we came back for a second stay. "

"Nice cozy place, however although Hotels.com says there is hot water, there is not HOT WATER. NO TV, NO furniture inside the rooms or outside. There is a horrible smell in the bathroom in room 201. Employees very friendly and polite. "

"The room was clean and well appointed but just a little bit musty when we entered. I loved the location of this hotel it was near to everything no need for cabs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was just meh, the menu could be more varied especially breakfast. We loved the rooftop restaurant for the view and atmosphere. I would stay there again but just eat out more. "
