"Staff were helpful, the room was clean and parking was on site which was nice. The grounds around the hotel were quite nice which had many orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit. Pool was being cleaned when we were there and we would not go into the pool even though staff said that we could. It was quite dirty. The hotel is about a 20 minute ride into the heart of Coimbra. We would recommend a taxi or Uber since parking is very hard to find in Coimbra. "

"Staff were incredible, the restaurant was nice, room layout/size was good. My room however had a huge streak of unknown substance on the inside of the door and nearly all the bedding had holes in it "

"Location is central and easy to get to. The staff is very nice and friendly, trying to help with the city attractions. The room is clean but very simple and basic. Some wall hooks and luggage holders will be appreciated . The bathroom is tiny and would be uncomfortable for someone bigger."
