- Great customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly, and very accommodating. Our room when we first checked in wasn't what we had hoped for, so we took it up with reception, and they immediately changed us to something more fitting. The room given to us had great space, a good bathroom, A/C, a double lock on the door, and great lighting. We also had an instance where we needed to leave very early for a tour and the kitchen staff was incredibly kind despite it being early in the morning.
- Regular maintenance. The cleaning staff made sure that all bathroom necessities were there (between towels, shampoo/body wash, etc.
- Breakfast. Considering breakfast is included into our stay, it was always amazing. Everything tasted fresh and honestly made with love. We tried all but the sandwich they had (we stayed 4 nights). It was not only lovely to have a dominican breakfast to choose from, but also choices that weren't as heavy for the morning. Their choices were american (eggs, sausage and toast), dominican (mangu, eggs, onions, salami and fried cheese), cereal, sandwich (with ham and cheese), and toast with jam. All these options also included coffee AND fresh juice (pineapple, tamarind, lemonade, watermelon, and melon).
- Hot tub. This was an amazing option to have within the hotel for two female travelers. We didn't want to stay out while it was dark, but it was amazing to end the day with this.
- Reception - Ask for available tours! They also have wifi.
