Broken air conditioner for a few days. Couldn't move to another room. Then the electric went out, with no water service! I moved to a neighboring hotel! What a shame, such a great location, and great potential to be a good hotel, if only some money were invested into the property!

No water at all, you should ask for them to open it. Airco didn't work, big cockroach in my room, no douche just a piece of rubber with the water coming on and off. Upstair room they gave my daughter a pail with water.

I never checked in. I waited about 30 minutes called there number and no one responded. There was no one at the reception. The gate was locked. I was so frustrated I walked 1 block and rented a room from another hotel to stay the night.

El hotel no tiene las facilidades que anuncian. Por ejemplo no tiene estacionamientos, las habitaciones no tienen aires acondicionados, para salir tienes que esperar que abran el porton principal asi como para entrar los cuartos estan en pesimas condiciones al igual que los banos. La tv solo tiene un solo canal las fotos que ponen en la pagina no se paresen en nada a los cuartos reales.

Terrible experience!

Got there toilet was broken. They didn’t give us another room even though we were the only ones there. Instead he said we could use the bathroom next door. Then in the morning there was no running water. To top it off no electricity the day after we checked in. I would like a refund as a matter of fact through Expedia since I booked through you. This place should be shut down!

room small, had roaches,

The room was so small. We had roaches running around and the water was gone off everyday for at least 2 hours or more. The room had chipped paint coming off the wall. It looked like mold was growing on it.

hotel sconsigliato per le condizioni delle camere

hotel con scarsa pulizia bagno scadente bisognava chiedere di rifare la camera solo con mance, personale scadente in 13 giorni non hanno cambiato mai le lenzuola la ragazza delle pulizie era sempre al telefonino o nascosta in qualche camera invece di fare le pulizie, non era mai presente il propietario per un reclamo,alla richiesta ti rispondevano che non era presente, non si poteva cambiare perche era gia pagato anticipatamente.

Hotel Odette Colonial - my experience

Poor experience overall. Only two hotel staff there were just able to speak very basic English. True, the country is poor - so much so that a female staff there seeing that I was probably kind and friendly, once asked me for 200 DOP to buiy food to eat. Still, I tried to be a good guest, thus, the staff there were helpful towards me as much as was possible.

Flexible and friendly

We got to the hotel at 5 am but someone was still there to let me in. Ended having their hotel over booked so they got the place next door to let us stay there for the night. Didn't charge extra. For $34 it was as good as the more expensive hotels I've stayed at in Zona Colonial.

Gute Lage, aber Mängel

Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht bereit. Es wurde die Klimaanlage repariert, ohne Erfolg. Später fanden wir ein stickiges Zimmper vor.

The hotel does not look like the pictures. The paint was coming of the walls and we had to go down to the reception to turn off the air conditioning. Although the website said shuttle bus was included the receptionist denied it and gave us the number of a friend. The upside was that it is a very good location. Close to shopping restaurant and the wather.

Pas de place pour les bagages. Télé ne fonctionne pas. Porte-serviette brisé. Cuisine commune non fonctionnelle. Mais économique. bien situé, climatisation en bon état et eau chaude abondante.
