"We had a great stay at Luz Kouani! The staff was extremely friendly and the resort was very well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at all hours of the day and night. The free breakfast was great, it is not buffet style and we were served two courses every morning for breakfast. The hotel was a hidden gem among other resorts in Tepozltan. We would love to stay here again!"

"El hotel está caro y muy descuidado. El baño tiene hongos, el lavabo estaba roto de una llave. El cancel de la regadera estaba roto, y las puertas no corrían. El estacionamiento acumula mucha agua y lodo y los carros se patinan, además de que tiene una entrada no apta para carros grandes para pasar al fondo.
Las recámaras y el baño son amplios, la gente es en verdad muy amable, pero estaba muy muy sucio y descuidado, y por el precio no vale la pena."
