"The reception staff were amazing - they were so attentive and caring. The facilities at the accommodation were perfect . The shuttle bus was a brilliant facility and we loved the beach club. Fantastic spot with great restaurants- close to airport and Quinta de Lago. We will be back!!"

"we checked in late due to our travel plans, only for one night as our flight from Faro was at 06.20 am next day. check in good. bedding clean, beds very hard, air con good, sink blocked in bathroom, ants in room on the luggage shelf, had to move everthing when discovered. As early rise next day went ..."

"Wir hatten ab 20:00 Uhr abends einen Stromausfall bis Mitternacht. Es gab also weder Strom noch Klimaanlage. Das Personal überfordert und hatte keine Lösung parat. Auf der anderen Straßenseite hatten alle Hotels Licht."
