"The view is to die for. People litteraly make a line outside of the hotel to take pictures. It’s a bit annoying getting through them but the view is the absolute best in Oia it can’t be beat. Pool was perfect everything was gorgeous comfortable and perfect. Dream stay."

"We had a great stay at Black Rock Villas. They were quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. The hot tub was a nice perk and we used it a little, it wasn’t hot but wasn’t cold. About 7-10 minute walk to the bus station in Karterados and not too far from Fira either. A little added bonus what’s that Sofia arranged a traditional breakfast from where she is from, it was very thoughtful and yummy."

"This property is wonderful for a weeks break. We were out of the major towns like Fira and easy access to the beaches on the South side of the Island. Breakfast was delicious, served every morning in the villa at the time of your choice. Evelyn was a wonderful host. "When you see souvenirs with the 3 blue domes motif, there’s usually a little gate in the picture … this is the gate to THIS property. What a dream! There will be tourists outside vying for the perfect picture at every hour of the day (I’m not exaggerating) but they are mostly kept away by a chain that indicates private property a short distance away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, great property, wonderful hosts."
