"Great hotel "

"Worst experience I have ever had so far from a hotel. Because of the time zone I made a mistake making my reservation through Expedia and i booked an extra day instead of only two days. At the airport from hometown, i sent a text to the hotel letting them know I made a mistake but I was on my way to get there. Once I got to the hotel, they told me they marked it as a no show because i missed the first day. I called Expedia, they contacted the supervisor Daniela, but she kept denying my...

"The hotel room was average, but it was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. There were stains on the carpet, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. Even if you cleaned it thoroughly, the stains would still be there. The manager, Fabian, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even allowed me to check out late, which I truly appreciated. The amenities were amazing. There was an indoor pool, an excellent gym, a sanitarium, a sauna, a steam room, and Himalayan salt...

"Bizarre experience. Paid for a double room and was sent to the neighboring hotel. The room was huge - even had a kitchen- but the bed was tiny. It wasn’t very comfortable. The rooftop bar was unbelievably horrible. Sooo dirty. Slow service, received the wrong drink twice. Crazy expensive. And same with the restaurant downstairs. €50 for a really terrible breakfast. And the worst part is you have to PAY for the shuttle to the airport which seems absolutely absurd "

"We had a bery comfortable stay here at NH Schipol . The room is newly renovated. Foods in breakfast buffet are excellent and well laid out. Special mention to the staff NOA front desk she managed to give us quiet room Free drinks for my birthday. WALID and ERMAD - restaurant area, very polite kind and the foods are delicious. Every one are nice amd friendly. "

"I was worried about my windowless room but it was surprisingly undepressing. Staff were great. Cafe was great, although they were about to change the food menu so i can’t vouch for it now. Location is pretty walkable, but it depends on what you want to be close to. I loved that there were bikes for rent right at the hotel."

"We were very well looked after mostly, rooms excellent location to transport brilliant, really nice breakfast, good value for money, but on saturday night the staff was terrible the bar man vanished, 10 people at least waiting, some ladies said they had been there an hour soneone else 40 mins, i went to look for someone and found him in kitchen chatting, eventually came the girl was busy checkung people in when she had a quiet min, she vanished and people were waiting there, my only complaint...
