Over priced/ neglected or poor management

Building is falling apart, they need to fix their Air conditioning (doesn’t turn on), the refrigerators and get a WiFi system so you don’t have to go in the hallway to get signal. They have a small box filled with instant coffee and tea and etc and they should throw away if they are more than 5 years old! 😂 103.00 euros for this is way way too much. The staff was great and friendly and I give them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s a shame as I have used the hotel several times in the past under previous management. Tired in some areas with faulty air conditioning and erratic hot water available. I will think twice before booking again

Noch im Corona Tiefschlaf

Leider ist das Hotel sehr heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr abgenutzt, im Flur standen Eimer um den Wasserschaden abzufangen. Das Personal am Empfang war noch mit am freundlichste. Beim Frühstück hat keiner englisch gesprochen. Der Osaft war gegärt, trotz Hinweis an das Personal wurde er nicht vom Buffet entfernt. Der Schinken beim Rührei war grün und blau und sah leider auch nicht gesund aus. Man hat das Gefühl, dass Hotel ist noch im Corona-Schlaf :(

Para ser un hotel de 4* tienen las toallas hechas un asco, limpias pero muy viejas. Deberian cambiarlas un pico. Esta un poco retirado del centro.

Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel

Pool was closed, despite the fact that the lockdown restrictions were lifted (I stayed at a different hotel the week prior and the pool was open). TV on the living room did not turn on at all. The bedroom had ZERO electric outlets, so no where to charge your phone or anything else. The desk lamp had no actual light bulb, and it took several attempts to find a lamp that actually fit. To top it off, had a massive spider in the living room (~6cm diameter). Parking was very good, just a bit difficult to get out of (specially if you're bringing a larger vehicle).

Bom, sem olhar para a arrogância da recepcionista

A pessoa que me acolheu na recepção foi muito antipática, até à hora do check out, fiquei impressionada com a sua arrogância. No entanto, a empregada do restaurante foi muito atenciosa e simpática. Os quartos são espaçosos e está tudo limpo. O Buffet do pequeno almoço ao meu ver não está muito bem cuidado, uma vez que é o próprio cliente quem se serve e anda a mexer nas pinças, e não o empregado.

A estadia correu relativamente bem. A única coisa a apontar foi as toalhas que apresentavam um grande nível de desgaste, assim como o roupão que até roto estava. Acho que para um hotel de 4* não é aceitável. Aesar de a sala de fitness e a piscina estarem fechadas por causa do covid, foi uma boa estadia.
