"It went all well, communication is good via WhatsApp with the NIK team. It's just that we had quite a disagreement as they only provide a fitted sheet for the 3rd guest, no bedsheet. I wasn't very happy that my daughter had to sleep directly under a blanket without bedsheets... or I had to pay to have sheets and pay for the delivery of the sheets as well.
It's not just about the price, just the principle.
Otherwise our stay was ok."

"The main complain I have about the apartment I stayed in is that it doesn't have hot water from the kitchen sink faucet and the bathroom sink faucet. The only place you can get hot water is in the shower. That can be an inconvenience if you need warm water to brush your teeth or wash your face without taking a shower. if you have I later learned that that is pretty normal in Brazil. It's very "

Upon my departure, however, the employee said something strange. He said oh "you owe for a bag of cashews as we showed one of those was eaten". I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a "do not enter" sign on my door.
